The returning officer of the electoral division of Marguerite-Bourgeoys,
Lorraine Zizian, would like to inform electors that a notice of entry on the list of electors is currently being mailed to every address in the electoral division and that the mailing of this notice should be completed by the beginning of next week. The office is at 7853, Champlain Boulevard, LaSalle. Tel: 514 363-2020.
The notice of entry shows the names of persons entered on the list of electors for a given address or, if necessary, it shows that no elector is entered at that address. It also invites electors who would like to register on the list of electors or make corrections to the list to go to the revision office whose address and opening hours are shown on the back of the notice.
Electors are invited to keep this notice of entry well. In fact, since the list of electors is not distributed to homes, the notice of entry is the only document that enables electors to check if they are entered on the list of electors.
