Culture en cavale, shows for the whole family
As part of Culture en cavale, the Damian Nisenson Trio and Rouge Tzigane will be coming to entertain Lasalle residents for some cultural enrichment until August 17 in the parks of the district.
Those two free shows are new elements of the festival.
The Damian Nisenson Trio will be performing on Monday August 13 at 7 p.m. at the Jeannotte Park (corner Clément and Trudeau). The public will have the chance to discover a group which ranges between jazz and contemporary music. Damian Nisenson, Jean Félix Mailloux and Isaiah Ceccarelli will share an eclectic and emotional musical performance with the audience.
On Friday August 17, Rouge Tzigane, a mainly instrumental trio, will be performing at J.D.-Ducharme Park (corner Jean-Brillon and Rancourt) at 7 p.m. Stéphane Tellier, Denis Violetti and Angelo Finaldi will carry the public away with gypsy melodies, combined with multicultural rhythms. Culture en cavale, will also offer games, music, books and activities.
