On behalf of our Executive and membership, I would like to thank Rita Bowers and her Committee for a great job on our recent Poppy Campaign and Poppy Dance. I would like to thank also the public of LaSalle for being so generous to our Poppy Sales people in all the shopping areas of the city.

The Ladies Auxiliary Bazaar will be held on Saturday November 24, from 11am to 3pm. Open to the public, it is a good time to get on with your Christmas shopping. On Sunday the 25th, we have our Grey Cup with all proceeds from this party going to LaSalle Minor Football Association. The cost is $20.00 and this includes the big screens, munchies, a buffet, and prizes. You can get your tickets at the bar or from Richard Lucas.

The Band for November 30 will be Duo Rockin. Our Christmas Dinner will be held on December 6 and the cost for this feast is only $8.00. The Ladies Auxiliary Christmas Dance will take place on December 14. Tuesday Darts from 8pm and Wednesday, from 7:30pm. Line Dancing will be on each Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm for beginners and from 2pm to 4pm for the advanced group.
