Are the LaSalle arenas and the toilets of these arenas filthy ?

This is the question that I asked Mrs. Barbe on Monday February 4th, 2008, at the Council meeting. Let's remember she imposed a special local tax of 20 cents per $100.00 from 2007to 2010 for the purpose that we may continue to get «the same services as we were used to since 2002», so she likes to remind us. So why is there only one cleaning shift out three shifts at the arena Dollard-St-Laurent, among others, and specifically in the toilets ?

The parents and the children competing with other boroughs are disgusted and complaining about the smell and the dirt in the toilets. Shouldn't we be ashamed to greet visitors from other boroughs for various competitions and activities ?
