The two winners of the baskets of cheer were Francine Giroux of Hemminford and Tony Orsini. Congratulations to you both and thanks to all of you that bought tickets to help our 60th Anniversary.

The Ladies Auxiliary will be running their Fall Dance on Friday the 26th at a cost of $8.00 and the music will be Duo Rockin. On the 27th of September, we have the Flea Market from 10am to 3pm. For a table, contact Marion or Barbara. All money raised will go to the 60th Anniversary. On October the 3rd and 4th, we have the Elvis 2008 Showcase. The cost is $20.00 for each evening and the kitchen is open.

On Sunday October, the 19th we have the New York Rat Pack. This will get under way 1.30pm and the cost is only $20.00. On behalf of the Executive and Membership, I would like to offer my very deepest sympathy to the family of William Frank Rinder. For info contact Richard Lucas at 514-363-7666.
