Sunday the 19th of October, we will start the sale of tickets for our 60th Anniversary Dinner Dance which will be held on November the 22nd. Tickets will be sold to 212. Members only for the first week. On Sunday, Fred Jennings and Steve Gergely will be in the Branch from 11am until 4pm. On the 26th, we will sell to non-members. The cost is $25.00 and this includes a cocktail hour, a roast beef dinner served with wine and music. You can’t reserve tickets over the phone you must come into the Branch and show your Membership cards.

On November the 9th, we have our Remembrance Ceremony at our Cenotaph getting way at 3pm. During the service our hall is closed until the parade marches off in through the back door and then the hall will be open. The Poppy Campaign will open on October the 31st if you would like to drive or sit in one of our local shopping areas contact Rita Bowers at 450-692-3424. This is a very important time for all Legions when you see the Men or women selling Poppies buy one you could be helping a Veteran, a Senior or the son or daughter of a Veteran.
