There are still a few tickets left for our 60th Anniversary. Call the Branch at 365-0595 and ask for Fred Jennings or Steve Gergely. I would like to thank these two members who were in the Branch for almost 2 weeks from 11am to 4pm selling tickets for this event. It will be held on November the 22nd with cocktails from 5:30pm until 7pm, roast beef dinner with wine and music by Double Image/ Duo Rockin and the cost is only $25.00. These two hard working members will be back at the ticket booth on November the 29th selling tickets for New Years Eve. The cost will be $40.00. More on this later.

November 8th is our Poppy Fund Dance. Cost is $8.00 with music by Duo Rockin Mary Kalino has tickets for this dance. On November 9th is our Remembrance Ceremony to be held at 3pm. If you want to buy a wreath to place at our Cenotaph, contact Rita Bowers and make sure you do it in advance of the 9th don’t come in on the 9th and expect a wreath. On Friday the 14th and 15th, we have Lady Luck for our social and on Saturday it will be Lady Luck with a Karaoke. The Ladies Bazaar will be held on November 29th . On behalf of the Executive and Membership I would like to offer my very deepest sympathy to Barbara Clarke and family on the recent death of husband Dave.
