4th Edition of its prestigious painting Symposium

Following previous success and thanks to the partnership between Héritage Laurentien, the LaSalle Burroughs and GFAE, again this summer, we are proud to invite the community to discover ‘PincEaux en berge 2009’, an overwhelming plein air painting Symposium happening in the heart of LaSalle’s beautiful Des Rapides Park next July 4 and 5, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Exhibiting some of their paintings, artists will also be working their brushes on this enchanting riverfront site where pedestrians, bird watchers and all around nature lovers evolve in peace and contemplation.

Come and be greeted by our brochette of already registered artists: Tanya Andrews, Agathe Boivin, Margot Bussière, Micheline Corriveau, Anne-Marie de la Chevrotière, Christiane Doré, EFFO (Francine Ouellet), Diane Goudreau, Jeannine Landreville, Jocelyne Langlois, Susan Nimbley, Polizèno, Marie-Carolle Robert, Heather Ryan, Alexandre Semenov, Maurice Tessier, Gisèle Touzin Vallée et Juan Manuel Vásquez.

During both days, from time to time between 2:00 and 5:00, we will be happy to hear Sarah Bédard, musician and songwriter, winner of My first Place des Arts 1999, sing, at the sound of her guitar, excerpts from her recent CD entitled « Profils ».
