Attempted murder

A young man around 20 years of age was the victim of an attempted murder around 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 1. A passerby noticed the black male on the ground behind a business on Newman Boulevard, near 90th Avenue and called the police. The victim had been shot on his upper body, but he was out of danger. The suspect is a mulatto man, between the ages of 20 and 30.
