Work Volunteer Program

Mrs. Monique Jérôme-Forget, MNA for Marguerite-Bourgeoys, wished to offer very special thanks to all the volunteers committing their time and resources to charity in her riding for so many years.

Last October 22nd, Mrs. Jérôme-Forget expressed her gratitude by allocating grants to more than one hundred organizations. Volunteering for associations for elder people, sports organizations, social clubs, welfare groups, legions of generous people have been giving their time and energy to fight poverty, break isolation, support our youth and our young adults, promote welfare and improve our citizens' daily life.

Mrs Jérôme-Forget has stressed the importance of volunteer action in our community and has invited people of all ages and of all social groups to join the teams, adding that such help fulfils a great need and bring its own rewards.
