Super Toy Bazaar returns Sunday, December 9
At the fire station, 1300 Dollard Street
Organised by LaSalle’s Optimist Club and in collaboration with the firefighters of LaSalle, the super toy bazaar is back – to everyone’s delight. The sale will take place at the fire station located at 1300 Dollard Street on Sunday, December 9 from 10h to 14h.
This super annual bazaar is not an ordinary bazaar at all and is aimed to raise funds for organizing various activities which the LaSalle Optimist Club is organising for young children in school. The other objective of the bazaar is to allow parents of limited financial resources to purchase toys at affordable prices. No doubt the bazaar will be a great place to find little treasures.
Until December 9, anyone can contribute to this beautiful activity by donating new or used toys, books, puzzles and others that are in good condition, and to bring them to the Dollard Street fire station. The items must be dropped at the main entrance, which will be open 24 hours every day of the week. These toys will be used to make some children happy.
This bazaar highlights the tremendous involvement of a team of volunteers of the LaSalle Optimist Club and our firemen. The LaSalle Optimist Club has been working for more than 35 years in the community of LaSalle. It is a humanitarian organisation that helps our young to lead fulfilling lives. It does little things that warm the hearts of many people.
