Another Honourable Award To Gloria Ann Cozier

Gloria Ann Cozier received honourable award for her distinguish contribution. This award was given in the continued recognition of Black History celebration by the SPVM (Service de Police). Mrs Cozier is honoured for her exceptional work in helping to elevate the lives of children, youths, seniors and parents in her community. Also her laisioning efforts to improve the relationships between the Black Community and the Police Department is commendable. This award ceremony and reception was held at the Montreal Hyatt Hotel and attended by the police chiefs of each region, the Director General, the first Black Police Chief of Montreal Station 15 Mr. Jean-Ernest Celestin, was among the distinguish Black Leaders who received honourable awards. Congratulation to Mrs. Cozier, her family and the staff at LaSalle Black Resource Center (LBRC).
