The LaSalle Kilomaitres Track Team owned two finals

The LaSalle Kilomaitres Track Team owned two finals at the Fédération québécoise d'athlétisme Provincial Championships at Centre Claude-Robillard, July 25-27. The Kilomaitres won 15 medals during the weekend.

MINIME GIRLS

* Jorden Savoury: 2nd 60 M, 3rd High Jump.

* Brenna Lee: 1st Shot Put, 3rd Javelin.

BENJAMIN BOYS:

* Brandon Horsford: 2nd Hammer Throw, 3rd discus.

* Malik Johnson: 1st 150 M, 3rd, 800M.

* Alex Szuba: 2nd 80 M, 2nd Long Jump.

* Lucanus Robinson: 1st 80M, 1st Long Jump, 2nd 150 M.

CADET GIRLS

* Christina Laccone: 4th High Jump.

JUVENILE GIRLS

* Caitlin Lee: 1st High Jump, 4th Javelin.

The same weekend, Nicole Riley competed in the National Juniors in BC and placed 10th in the High Jump at the Legion Juvenile Nationals in Sherbrooke, August 9 and 10. Caitlin Lee placed 8th in the Heptathlon and Joseph Brunetta was 9th in the High Jump. Joseph won the High Jump at the Francophonie Games in Edmonton, August 14-16, second in the 100 M.
