Matteo Palladini – Silver Medal at Jeux du Québec
Matteo Palladini, a talented figure skater from CPA LaSalle, won a silver medal at the Jeux du Québec final in Valleyfield on Friday, March 16.
He skated his final and most important performance of the season with the confidence and determination of a seasoned competitor to finish 2nd in a field of 20 competitors from throughout Quebec. The event caps off an amazing season for this young skater.
Matteo only began figure skating less than two years ago, after a few seasons of hockey. Already possessing great skating skills taught to him by his father Sam Palladini, Matteo was able to easily make the transition from hockey player to figure skater. Training intensively with his coaches, Doris Robidoux, Arsney Markov and his mother Claudia Varvaro, Matteo has made unbelievable strides in the sport in a very short time. Here are some of Matteo's other Competitive Results this season.

* Rivière-des-Prairies Competition – December 2006 – 1st place.
